You will split your time between crafting quality coffee & drinks, serving customers, and helping keep the cafe running smoothly. Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to a consistent standard Take customer orders and operate the POS/till accurately Prepare light food items (sandwiches, pastries, etc.) as needed Maintain cleanliness of the espresso machine, grinder, and work areas Restock supplies (milk, cups, syrups, snacks) throughout shifts Follow food safety and hygiene standards Handle cash and card transactions, including opening/closing till procedures Support opening and closing duties (setup, cleaning, stock checks) Assist with other duties as needed (dishwashing, floor upkeep, stock deliveries) About you

Robust communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Flexible availability (weekends/early mornings/evenings) Basic food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
