Job Description At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavours and the power of food to bring people together. As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our recent and loyal guests.

We are currently looking for people that are available part time or full time, and can work 3-5 shifts a week. Hours will be between 5:30am and 12am, with a mixture of opens and closes.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment

Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience

Good understanding of food safety concerns

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
