What We're Looking For To be successful in this role,



you must have:

Minimum 5 years’ experience

in a high-volume, full-service restaurant

Strong wine knowledge

and confidence in guiding guest selections

A valid RSA

A positive attitude , strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service excellence

Your Role Bar Staff:

Craft high-quality drinks, maintain a clean and organised bar, and provide warm, efficient service. Floor Staff:

Provide attentive, knowledgeable table service, manage sections confidently, and ensure every guest leaves happy.
