The opportunity Join our team as a Cook at MT Warrigal. In this role, you will havea passion for delivering variety of home cooked meals, includingdesserts, cakes, soups and sandwiches to our diverse community. Youwill deliver within all aspects of the catering service at our homeincluding budget control, ordering and storing of food items andsupporting the direction of kitchen staff.

The requirements

Temporary part-time 6month contract at Mt Warrigal acrossvarious days.

You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery orrelevant skills

Food Safety Certificate.

You’ll have demonstrated experience in the preparation offresh bulk cooking

You’ll have demonstrated ability to order stock withinbudget guidelines

You’ll have strong understanding of food service complianceand the requirements within the NSW Food Authority

You’ll have demonstrated experience in the Aged CareIndustry
