Managing and responding to inbound enquiries via phone, email, online and in person

Processing a variety of applications, requests, transactions and general administration

Qualify enquiries through questioning and providing accurate answers and information

Accurately entering and maintaining customer information into systems

Working collaboratively within a fast-paced workplace

About You

Previous experience in a Customer Service, Contact Centre, Admissions or high-volume Administration role

Strong administration skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent listening, questioning and problem-solving abilities





Strong data entry skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems

Good time management and the ability to prioritise competing workloads

A professional, positive and customer-focused approach

Valid Driver's License

Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check

Previous experience in a similar role within Government, Travel, Retail, Insurance, Hospitality or other high-volume service environment would be highly regarded.

What's in it for You?

Initial 5-month contract, with potential extension

$40.50 Per Hour + 12% Superannuation

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Multiple locations across Moreton Bay and Brisbane Southside available - Brisbane CBD preferred
