About the Role Due to its rapid and ongoing growth, the Company now has an exciting chance for a Press Operator to join the Fabrication Team. Reporting to the Fabrication Manager and Team Leader, this role will be responsible for:
Monitor machine operations and perform routine checks
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the work area
Operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal parts as per Tyree's design specifications
Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
Set up machines,
change tooling, and perform quality checks
Maintain production schedules and report machine issues promptly
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean work area
About You To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in an industrial factory setting
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
An ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Must have a can-do attitude
Have a strong safety mindset and attitude
The proven ability to work within a team environment as the organisational needs dictate
