Casual NDIS Support Workers

to join our growing team in various areas in the northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas, including: Pimpama Guanaba Coombabah About the role

Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence What we're looking for

Experience in aged care, disability or community services an advantage - students are welcome to apply Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities Requirements:

Must

be available for flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirements Must

have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car Must

have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain Must

have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain Must

hold current First Aid/CPR certification Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references Appointment to this position is conditional upon the successful applicant holding a valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, having the legal right to work in Australia, and complying with any applicable legislative, regulatory or public health requirements relevant to the role.
