The Prospect
We’re urgently looking for
Community Support Workers
living in the
Melbourne/Fitzroy/Balaclava and Surrounding Areas . In this rewarding role, you’ll support elderly clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting with domestic tasks
Community Access
What You’ll Get
Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
Paid induction and continuous training
Regular weekday roster (Mon-Fri, between 7am-6pm)
Minimum 3-4 days availability required
What We’re Looking For
Caring, empathetic, and reliable individuals
Willingness to learn and grow
Cert III/IV in Aged Care,
Disability, Community (or studying Nursing - highly regarded)
Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
