About Us About the Role We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Process Workers to join our quick-paced FMCG production team on a casual basis. These roles are ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can follow safe operating procedures, and are comfortable working in a busy manufacturing environment.

Successful applicants will support day-to-day production activities including packing, labelling, quality checking, machine operation support, cleaning, and general process work.

Key Responsibilities

Working on production and packing lines in a fast-paced FMCG environment

Packing, sorting, labelling,



and preparing finished products

Conducting basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Assisting with machine operation, set-up, and changeovers where required Following workplace health and safety, hygiene, and GMP requirements

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines

About You

Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, production, packing, or warehouse environments is highly regarded

A strong focus on safety, hygiene, and quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive role

Good attention to detail and reliability

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
