About the role As a senior member of our manufacturing team, you'll be responsible for fabricating and assembling premium aluminium window and door systems.





You'll work on a variety of high-end architectural projects, including large-scale frames and oversized glazing systems where precision, quality and finish are critical.

The role will involve:

Fabricating and assembling aluminium window and door systems

Working from workshop drawings, specifications and measurements

Cutting, machining, assembling and finishing components accurately

Checking your own work and ensuring products meet our quality standards

Solving practical fabrication and assembly challenges

Working with larger architectural frames and glazing components

Working collaboratively with the rest of the manufacturing team

Taking ownership of the quality and accuracy of your work

AWS (Architectural Window Systems) experience is highly regarded, but is not essential for the right person.

What we're looking for We're looking for someone who:

Has

solid experience in fabrication , manufacturing or a closely related trade

Has excellent attention to detail and takes genuine pride in their work

Can read and interpret workshop drawings and specifications

Has good practical problem-solving skills

Can work accurately and efficiently without compromising quality

Takes responsibility for getting the job done properly

Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

Works well as part of a team

Is comfortable working with large and heavy components and can safely perform the physical requirements of the role

Experience that could be relevant Your background may include:

Aluminium window and door fabrication





Aluminium fabrication

Architectural metalwork

Steel fabrication

Glazing

Shopfitting

Cabinetry or joinery

Boat building

Automotive or other precision fabrication

Other high-quality manufacturing or assembly environments

Direct window and door experience is an advantage, but we're more interested in the quality of your skills, workmanship and attitude.
