THIS ISN'T YOUR TYPICAL SUPPORT WORKER ROLE As a Disability Support Worker in our Community Participation and Day Programs team, you'll help customers:

Build independence and life skills

Connect with their community

Achieve personal goals

Develop confidence and social networks
