We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating a polished, skilled first impression and can keep a busy clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? As Clinic Administrator, you'll be the face of the clinic, managing reception and ensuring every client interaction reflects our standard of care.

You’ll meet and greet clients, tend to their enquiries,



and manage the appointment schedule across treatments. You’ll process payments, complete end-of-day reports, and stay on top of stock takes and product ordering.

You’ll keep the clinic tidy, clean, and sanitised to a high standard, and support the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed.

This is a busy, client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys the pace of a growing clinic and takes genuine pride in the details.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED...

A passion for skincare and aesthetics

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role

Excellent communication skills and a genuine dedication to client care

Drive, commitment, and willingness to work effectively within a team

Availability to work and Saturdays
