About the Role Reporting to the

Indigenous Coordinator

and supported by a welcoming supervisory team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for passengers travelling through Perth Airport.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting travellers with enquiries and directions

Managing passenger flow efficiently through terminal screening areas

Creating a safe, welcoming, and professional airport environment

Working collaboratively with airport stakeholders and security teams

No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity to work in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For We're looking for people who are customer-focused, reliable,



and eager to learn.

You will ideally have:

Previous customer service experience or a genuine interest in working within the aviation industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening

Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) sponsored by ISS (no criminal history within the last 10 years)

An unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport

Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
