Retail Sales and Administration Coordinator Trailers Parts and Repairs - Currumbin Waters QLD

Trailers Parts and Repairs is a busy, well-established trailer parts retail store, online store and repair workshop. We are looking for a friendly, highly organised and proactive person to become a key member of our Currumbin team. This role is definitely not a boring desk job. One minute you might be helping a customer find the right trailer part, the next you're booking a repair, processing an invoice, ordering stock or adding a new product to our online store. We're looking for a genuine jack-of-all-trades who enjoys variety, takes ownership and loves being part of a busy small business.

Key responsibilities Assisting customers with the sale of trailer parts, accessories and trailers

Providing friendly and helpful customer service in-store, over the phone and via email

Preparing invoices, quotes and sales orders

Booking trailer repairs and managing workshop bookings

Liaising with customers regarding their repair jobs

Managing and maintaining our website and online store

Adding and updating products, pricing, descriptions and images online

Social media posts - if that's your thing

Processing online orders

Ordering stock from suppliers and monitoring stock levels

Receiving stock and maintaining accurate inventory

About you Extremely organised, efficient and proactive

Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys helping customers





Able to work independently and use initiative

Comfortable juggling several different tasks during a busy day

Reliable and takes pride in their work

Computer confident and comfortable learning new systems

Accurate and attentive when dealing with invoicing, orders and stock

Comfortable working both behind a computer and on the retail floor

Experience in retail, customer service, administration, stock control, e-commerce, or automotive parts would be an advantage but is not essential

Monday-Friday hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm Friday 7:30am-3:00pm
