About the Role As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide practical, social and personal support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.

This is a community-based role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a team that values connection, reliability and making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting Assist with domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation Support community access including appointments, shopping and social outings Deliver companionship and emotional support Promote independence, choice and dignity Observe and report changes in client wellbeing Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team

About You Passionate about supporting older people to live well at home Reliable,



compassionate and respectful Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible and adaptable across different client needs

Essential Requirements Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home & Community or equivalent) Current First Aid and CPR National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Smartphone for rostering and communication systems
