You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Geelong Branch, helping them with everyday banking needs while building trusted relationships and creating positive experiences.

What you'll be doing As a Customer Advisor you will:

Be the first point of contact for customers visiting the Geelong Branch

Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of banking enquiries

Support customers with account opening, everyday banking transactions and lending conversations

Identify appropriate products and services that align with customer needs

Educate customers on NAB's digital and self-service banking options

Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive customer outcomes

Maintain a strong focus on compliance, risk awareness and operational accuracy
