Technical BA role combining Salesforce & Cybersecurity

We’re looking for an experienced

Technical Business Analyst

to join a large enterprise technology team, working across

Salesforce and Cybersecurity initiatives .

What you’ll be doing

Elicit and document technical, business and security requirements

Analyse Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, permission sets and sharing models

Review Salesforce integrations and identify security or operational risks

Support security assessments using

OWASP and NIST

principles

Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects and Cybersecurity teams

Facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into clear user stories

Support testing, release and deployment activities

What we’re looking for

Solid

Technical Business Analysis

experience

Hands‑on





Salesforce administration/configuration

knowledge

Understanding of Salesforce security, integrations and APIs

Foundational knowledge of

OWASP, NIST, IAM and cybersecurity risk

Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills

Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams

Salesforce certifications and exposure to security certifications such as

CompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CC
