The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales performance across a large, diverse territory.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing an effective territory business plan
Identifying, pursuing and converting new sales opportunities
Increasing product utilisation and revenue within current accounts
Conducting face-to-face sales calls,
product demonstrations and customer training
Building relationships with aesthetic clinics, practitioners and key industry stakeholders
Representing the company at workshops, conferences and industry events
Providing market intelligence and competitor insights to support commercial planning
Maintaining accurate customer and sales activity through the CRM
Managing regular travel throughout Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania
About You You will be a commercially driven aesthetics sales professional who is confident working independently across a broad geographical area.
To be considered, you will bring:
A minimum of
two years’ field sales experience within the aesthetics industry , essential
Knowledge of aesthetic pharmaceuticals, devices or related clinical solutions
A demonstrated record of developing accounts and generating current business
Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
The ability to communicate clinical and scientific information confidently
Excellent planning, organisation and territory-management capability
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Flexibility to undertake regular interstate travel
A tertiary qualification in business, science, health or a related discipline, preferred
