The Iconic Roger Roger Deli in Caroline Springs is hiring an amazing experienced Barista!!

Do you have a passion for coffee and all things food and you meet the below requirements? Then this job is for you!!!!

Required Experience:

Minimum 6 months in a Barista role

Excellent Customer Service & a positive attitude (is a MUST)

Can work well in a team and work with other baristas on the machine.

Have Hospitality experience and be able to serve customers and be able to do other jobs in the shop if needed. (eg, serving, making sandwiches, help open/ closing shop)

Take direction well

Punctual & Reliable

Well presented & skilled

Role Responsibilities:

1. Role will primarily be for a Barista, cleaning cofffee machine, have excellent knowledge of it and learn new techniques and learn different drinks (eg, Matcha, juices, Mont Blanc)

2. Will also be expected to be able to serve customers and may be required to help doing other roles such as sandwich chef, serving customers, setting up shop etc...
