What You’ll Do Based at our Bella Vista office, you'll support NDIS participants across a diverse and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.

The Bella Vista office has a team of 12 clinicians with a make up of: 4 OT's, 4 Speech Pathologist's, 2 Physiotherapist's 1 Behaviour Support Practitioner and 1 Allied Health Assistant.

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Qualifications

PBS registration - Core suitability as a minimum

Backgrounds such as Psychology or Social Work are ideal experience for this space.

A valid driver's license and personal vehicle

An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Minimum of 2 years Behaviour Support experience
