This role is perfect for a junior to intermediate level Contract Administrator who wants to refine their skills and grow their career in Contract / Commercial Management or Project Management in the future.

You Must Be / Have

2+ years’ local experience in Commercial or Multi-Res projects

Relevant Construction Tertiary Qualification

Stable career history

Autonomous, reliable and detail-oriented

Driven, energetic and hardworking with a good attitude

Strong communicator – able to deal with trades, consultants and clients

Team-focused – respectful, down to earth, and easy to work with
