Property Investment Strategist – House & Land Packages Property Investment Strategist | Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions | OTE $300K+

About the role This role will focus on helping investors, home buyers and property owners identify suitable house‑and‑land and investment opportunities across Melbourne and regional Victoria. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, explain suitable property options and guide them through the sales process in a professional, transparent and client-focused manner. You will be responsible for presenting and selling a range of property solutions, including house‑and‑land packages in Melbourne and regional Victoria, co‑living homes, rooming houses, dual‑income and dual‑key homes, multigenerational homes, investment builds, house‑and‑land packages for owner‑occupiers and home buyers, and customised residential property solutions.

Key responsibilities

Generate and manage leads from a variety of sources.

Work on company provided leads.

Build strong relationships with investors, home buyers and property owners

Conduct initial client consultations and understand their property objectives

Present suitable house‑and‑land packages and investment opportunities





Explain property designs, inclusions, estimated costs and project timeframes

Discuss potential rental and investment considerations clearly and responsibly

Assist clients in comparing different property strategies and home designs

Promote co‑living, rooming house, dual‑income, dual‑key and multigenerational housing solutions

Identify suitable land and development opportunities across Melbourne and regional Victoria

Coordinate with the building, design and project teams to support client enquiries

About you

Experience in property investment, real estate, house‑and‑land sales or new‑home sales

Proven track record in sales and client relationship management

Knowledge of Melbourne and/or regional Victorian property markets

Understanding of new homes, residential construction and property investment

Ability to explain property options in a clear and easy‑to‑understand way

Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Professional and consultative approach to sales

Strong follow‑up and organisational skills

Current Australian driver's licence
