Customer Experience Coordinator - Knockdown Rebuild We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join a well-established residential building business within the Knockdown Rebuild (KDR) space.

About the role You will act as a key point of contact for customers throughout their build journey, ensuring they feel informed, supported and confident at every stage.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong and trusted relationships with KDR customers

Providing regular and clear updates throughout the building journey

Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Managing customer concerns with empathy, confidence and professionalism

Liaising with internal teams to obtain accurate updates for clients

Setting clear expectations and keeping customers informed throughout the process

Delivering a consistently high level of customer service from start to finish

About you To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous customer experience within the Knockdown Rebuild space

Strong knowledge of the residential building customer journey

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Confidence managing customer expectations and difficult conversations

A proactive and solutions-focused approach

Genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
