Meat Process Worker at $33.80 per hour , with the opportunity to progress into a

Line Leader / Multivac Machine Operator role paying up to $44 per hour . Progression will be based on performance, reliability, ability to operate machinery and demonstrate leadership capabilities. As a Meat Process Worker, you will be responsible for:

Preparing and handling raw pork, beef and chicken Working on a fast-paced production and packing line Packing, labelling and preparing products Performing manual handling and heavy lifting Operating production equipment and machinery as trained Completing quality and weight checks Following food safety, hygiene and compliance procedures Supporting the production team to meet daily targets Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment Progression to Line Leader / Multivac Operator:

Successful employees will have the opportunity to progress into a higher-level position involving:



Operating

Multivac packaging machinery Leading and supporting the production line Assisting with machine setup, adjustments and basic troubleshooting Completing production data entry and compliance documentation Conducting quality, weight and production checks Supporting and directing team members Monitoring production targets and workflow Using solid communication and leadership skills to maintain an efficient production line To be considered for progression, you will ideally have:

Previous

Multivac machine operating experience Meat processing or food production experience Strong leadership and communication skills Good computer literacy and data entry skills Good reading and writing skills Strong understanding of quality, food safety and compliance A reliable and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting Pay Rate:

Starting rate: $33.80 per hour Career progression to Line Leader / Multivac Operator: up to $44 per hour Opportunity for ongoing work and career development
