About the Role We are looking for a motivated 1st Year Full-Time Apprentice Tiler to join our renovations team. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in the trade as a first-year apprentice or continue your apprenticeship training as a current apprentice.

This role offers hands‑on experience across high-quality residential projects, particularly full bathroom renovations, while working alongside experienced tradespeople who are committed to developing your skills and knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting experienced tilers on residential renovation projects

Floor and wall tiling for full bathroom renovations

Installing a wide range of tiles and natural stone products, including marble, stone, and mosaics

Surface preparation, including screeding and waterproofing preparation works

Mixing and applying adhesives, grouts, and other tiling materials

Grouting, finishing, and carrying out tile repairs where required

Maintaining a clean,



safe, and organised worksite

Working independently and as part of a team

Coordinating with other trades to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard

What We’re Looking For

Someone looking to commence a tiling apprenticeship, or a current 1st year apprentice

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised when required

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Eager to learn and develop within the trade

Committed to completing a formal apprenticeship

White Card (or willingness to obtain one)

Current driver's license and reliable transport preferred

Award wages paid in accordance with your apprenticeship year level

Full-time position including superannuation, annual leave, and personal leave entitlements

Paid TAFE training

Prospect to gain a nationally recognised tiling qualification

Long-term career progression within a growing company

Quarterly team‑building activities, including paintball, go-karting, and other social events

Exposure to high‑end renovation projects and quality workmanship

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm
