About $47–$51/hr + Super Permanent full time Monday–Friday | Dayshift 5:00am–2:00pm 9-day fortnight

(5 days one week, 4 days the next – every second Monday RDO) This role around 60% leading / 40% hands‑on Lead a small team of around 5 people Career Progression:

Opportunity to move towards a 90% leading / 10% hands‑on role over the next few years, with greater inventory & maintenance management responsibility. You will do:

Team Leadership:

Lead around 5 people across maintenance and production. Workshop:





Allocate jobs and coordinate daily workshop activities. Maintenance:

Repair and maintain equipment, including injection moulding machines. Troubleshooting:

Handle mechanical issues and basic PLC fault‑finding. Improvement:

Help transition maintenance systems from paper to digital and bring outsourced work in‑house. You have:
