Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm Friday: 6:00am - 12:00pm The Opportunity Due to continued growth, our client is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join their Townsville operation. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, working with sheet metal and steel building products used across commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move steel coils, sheet metal and finished products throughout the facility Load and unload trucks with steel roofing,



walling and other oversized materials Safely load steel coils onto mills and production equipment Complete load restraint and strapping duties for transport Work closely with production and dispatch teams to meet daily targets Maintain a clean and protected work environment About You

Current LF Forklift Licence Experience operating forklifts in manufacturing, warehouse or steel environments Comfortable handling long-length or non-standard materials Strong commitment to workplace safety Reliable, team-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment Essential Requirements

Current LF Forklift Licence Previous experience loading steel, timber, piping, or oversized products Experience operating forklifts in manufacturing, transport, yard, or warehouse environments Understanding of load restraint and safe loading practices Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Reliable transport and strong work ethic
