Latrobe Community Health Services Narre Warren seeks a dedicated Local Area Coordinator to help NDIS participants, families and carers navigate funding, build capacity and access community supports. Reporting to the Area Manager NDIS LAC Service, you will work with NDIA and local providers to deliver participant-centred support via face-to-face and outreach services, with onboarding and salary packaging options.
