The Role You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 20 Owners Corporations, with the intention of adding a Tier 1 / Tier 2 property once you are settled into the role.

The portfolio has been well managed, so looking for someone who can maintain a high standard of organisation, communication and client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio

Building strong relationships with committees, owners and key stakeholders

Running AGMs and committee meetings

Managing budgets, maintenance, compliance and contractors

Overseeing more complex matters and projects as required





Maintaining a proactive and highly organised approach to portfolio management

About You Ideally, you will have:

3+ years of Owners Corporation experience

Experience independently managing or co-managing Tier 1 properties

A background across medium-density and/or more complex portfolios

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A friendly, professional and collaborative approach

The confidence to work autonomously while still enjoying being part of a close-knit team

$100,000 + super

50% of Schedule 2.2 income

Up to 2 days working from home following probation
