The Chance We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager / Estimator

to join a well-established civil construction team.

You’ll manage

2–3 medium-sized commercial civil projects

from estimating through to completion, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage civil projects from planning through to completion

Prepare estimates, tenders and project proposals

Manage budgets, costs, cash flow and project schedules

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams

Manage variations, claims, EOTs and contractual requirements

Ensure WHS, quality and project compliance

Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships

Projects Include

Car parks

Paving preparation

Building pads

Cut & fill

Small roadworks

Commercial civil works





About You

5+ years' experience in civil construction

Strong civil project management and estimating experience

Excellent cost control and commercial knowledge

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Relevant Construction Management or Civil Engineering qualification highly regarded

Strong civil construction knowledge is essential.
