The Opportunity As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision makers, and growing your territory through proactive sales activity.

You'll work across two highly respected brands, engaging with customers ranging from premium hospitality venues to large commercial organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory growth plan

Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities

Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, venue managers,



hotel groups and commercial decision makers

Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Conduct customer meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations

Negotiate and close sales opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives

What We're Looking For

Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or a customer-facing commercial role

Hospitality industry experience highly regarded

Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

Solid prospecting and new business development skills

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-focused approach

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage your own territory

A genuine passion for customer experience and business growth
