We are looking for a registered Psychologist or Social Worker to step into a uniquely rewarding, flexible role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the Casula area, working alongside our allied health team to provide a holistic, comprehensive approach to client care. This is a growth opportunity that can evolve into a Leadership/Management position, and the possibility to manage a Behaviour Support team.

Key responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)

Design, implement, and review comprehensive, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans tailored to NDIS participants

Deliver dynamic parent, teacher, and support team training to ensure strategies are integrated across home, school, and community settings

Collaborate closely with our Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care

Ensure all behaviour support delivery complies with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines and frameworks

About you





A qualified and registered Psychologist (AHPRA registered) OR a qualified Social Worker (AASW eligible/registered)

Must be registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at a Proficient level (or higher)

Demonstrated experience conducting assessments and writing Behaviour Support Plans
