Job Description

Work as a

Senior Business Analyst

supporting

Complaints (50%)

and

Deceased Estates (50%) .

Gather and document

business requirements

from stakeholders.

Analyse current processes and identify

gaps, impacts,



and improvement areas .

Work closely with

business and Agile delivery teams .

Prepare

process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation .

Support

UAT, testing, and business readiness activities .

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

Assist with

process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management .

Experience in

banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates

is highly desirable.

Solid

stakeholder management and communication skills

required.
