We are looking for reliable and hardworking Kitchen Attendants to support our commercial kitchens across multiple venues.

Key requirements:

Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred

Ability to operate a commercial dishwasher

Ability to wash pots, pans, utensils and kitchen equipment

Basic food preparation skills

Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene

Ability to clean and maintain kitchen benches, equipment and floors

Safe handling and use of commercial cleaning chemicals

Ability to manage rubbish and food waste appropriately

Ability to follow instructions from chefs and supervisors

Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen environment

Good teamwork and communication skills

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual handling





Reliable, punctual and well-presented

Do Food Safely / food safety training where required

Availability Shifts may include:

Day shifts: approximately 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, including Docklands venues

Functions: shifts at various function venues, including Richmond and Ivanhoe

Evening shifts: available at selected venues, including Richmond and Ivanhoe

Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and functions is highly desirable.

Successful candidates must be comfortable working across different venues and adapting to different kitchen environments and service requirements.
