Claro is seeking an Accommodation Services Manager to lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team across the Gippsland region, ensuring exceptional, person-centred care for individuals with disabilities and complex needs. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will foster a culture of excellence, build robust relationships with clients, families and partners, and drive rostering, care planning and governance to deliver outstanding service. This is a leadership role within a growing disability provider.
