We're partnering with one of Sydney's largest and most respected fire protection contractors. With decades of success and a reputation for delivering major commercial projects across design, installation and maintenance, the business continues to secure some of the city's most recognisable developments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their Commercial Projects team.

The Opportunity You'll join a well structured delivery team consisting of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and dedicated engineering support, giving you the backing needed to deliver projects successfully while continuing to develop your own career.

You'll typically manage two or three projects at any one time, with individual project values ranging from $3M to $4M. Current projects include major commercial developments and large scale data centres, with an exceptionally strong pipeline of work secured across Sydney.

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver commercial fire protection projects from award through to completion

Manage project programmes, budgets and commercial outcomes

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams





Build strong relationships with builders, consultants and clients

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards

Monitor financial performance, forecasts and project reporting

Drive successful project outcomes while maintaining excellent client relationships

What We're Looking For

Experience managing commercial fire protection projects

Proven delivery of projects valued around $3M to $4M

Strong client and stakeholder management skills

Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills

Experience working with wet fire systems is highly regarded
