We are seeking a polished and experienced Client Services Manager to join a well-established accounting and advisory firm. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for overseeing the Client Services function, supporting Partners and skilled staff, and ensuring client matters and internal workflows are managed efficiently.
The Role You will take ownership of client administration, workflow coordination, billing and debtor management, while acting as the escalation point for more complex client matters. You will also supervise and develop a Client Services Officer and contribute to process improvement and operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing complex client enquiries and administrative matters
Supporting Partners, accountants and advisors
Coordinating ATO correspondence, payment plans and regulatory administration
Managing billing, invoicing and debtor follow-up
Overseeing pre-job processes, documentation and workflow
Monitoring deadlines and resolving administrative bottlenecks
Supervising,
mentoring and developing the Client Services Officer
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and client experience
About You:
Experience in professional services, accounting, legal, financial services or a similar environment
Strong client service and administrative experience
Previous exposure to billing, invoicing and debtor management
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and clients
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
Strong judgement, initiative and problem-solving skills
An interest in process improvement, technology and operational efficiency
