The Role We’re looking for a hands‑on, skilled Carpenter & Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is varied, with no two days the same — you might be building a deck one day, repairing a roof the next, or doing detailed property maintenance work for long‑term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform all aspects of Carpentry work including framing, decking, doors, windows, flooring
General building maintenance and repairs including plastering, painting, roofing, tiling etc
Work independently and as part of a team on multiple job sites
Ensure all work meets our quality and safety standards
Skills & Experience
Qualified Carpentry experience for carpentry/building maintenance
Ideally 3+ years (Post Apprenticeship) experience
Current driver’s licence – Manual (company vehicle provided)
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
Strong problem-solving and communication skills including attention to detail
Commitment to workplace safety and workmanship
White Card required. Other relevant tickets will be advantageous (EWP etc)
