VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency is seeking a Family Services Practice Lead to provide practice leadership, mentoring and expert advice to Family Services staff and management across VACCA. You will work closely with Program Managers and Team Leaders who supervise regional Family Services teams. The role requires Aboriginal-awareness, culturally protected leadership and experience in the Child and Family sector, with a commitment to holistic, high-risk case work and stakeholder
