Genus Environmental is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team, based in either Perth or Busselton.

This is a hands-on role supporting the administration and delivery of our vegetation management programs. Working closely with our operational teams and clients, you'll help coordinate contract requirements, maintain key program information, support reporting and claims, and ensure the administrative side of our operations runs effectively.

A key part of the role will be building strong working relationships with our clients and acting as an important link between the client, our field operations and the wider Genus Environmental team.

The Role

Coordinating the day-to-day administration of vegetation management programs and contracts

Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients

Maintaining client and operational registers, records and program information

Monitoring program productivity, costs and performance information

Assisting with monthly client estimates, claims and invoicing

Coordinating contract deliverables and client requirements

Preparing reports, correspondence and supporting documentation

Maintaining hazard, defect and other operational data and documentation

Working closely with supervisors and operational teams to resolve day-to-day program issues

Supporting employee onboarding, inductions and associated workforce administration

Ensuring client, safety and environmental requirements are accurately communicated and recorded

Supporting the ongoing improvement of administrative processes and program delivery

About You We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident working with both clients and operational teams.

Ideally, You Will Have





Previous experience in contract administration, program administration or a similar operational role

Solid client relationship and stakeholder management skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and information

Experience with reporting, claims, invoicing or other contract administration activities

Strong organisation and time management skillsGood written and verbal communication skills

Confidence working across multiple systems and managing competing priorities

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel

The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a broader operational team

A current C Class Driver's Licence

Previous experience within vegetation management, utilities, construction, resources or a similar operational environment would be highly regarded

A qualification in Contracts Management, Business, Finance or a related discipline would be advantageous; however, relevant industry experience will also be considered.
