About You As our new Centre Manager, you will:

Empowers educators to nurture children’s independence and curiosity

Builds strong connections with families and supports teams through open, thoughtful communication

What You’ll Bring





You’ll hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)

A current Working with Children Check

Legally ready to shine with full Australian working rights

Safety-conscious with a current Child Protection certificate

Responsible and ready with your Food Safety Supervisor certificate

A warm, approachable and professional manner

You love building solid, meaningful connections with families and the local community

Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
