28th August, 2026 TRACKS Integrated Services is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join their team for an initial 3-month assignment in the Northern Territory.

This is a BIBO (Bus In/Bus Out) prospect from Darwin, with multiple roster options available.

About the opportunity

You’ll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a diverse range of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, working as part of an experienced team with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Roster options

All roster options are based on 12-hour shifts:

Monday to Friday - with Monday and Friday public holidays off

7 days on / 7 days off

14 days on / 7 days off

What you’ll be doing

Servicing, repairing and replacing RAC units from 2.7kW to 6kW

Servicing split systems from 2.5kW to 14kW

Working on building package air conditioners from 45kW to 113kW

Servicing ice machines, water coolers and chillers

Servicing air dryers

Finding and fixing mechanical and electrical faults

Following site safety procedures





Keeping accurate service records

Working well with the wider team

What you’ll need

Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Current RAC01 Refrigerant Handling Licence

CPR and Low Voltage Rescue completed within the last 12 months

Current and valid driver's licence

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Excellent attention to detail

Strong commitment to safe work practices

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
