As an Export Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining export documentation to ensure shipments are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and processing export documentation
Coordinating documentation for domestic and international shipments
Liaising with customers, growers, transport companies, shipping agents and internal teams
Ensuring documentation is accurate and meets export requirements
Entering and maintaining data and records
Monitoring shipment progress and following up outstanding documentation
Assisting with invoicing and related administrative duties
Maintaining organised and accurate filing systems
Supporting the wider logistics and administration team as required
About you
Robust attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can work independently and manage competing priorities
Reliable, professional and willing to learn
Export documentation, logistics or grain/agricultural industry experience (desirable but not essential)
