Join Alfaparf Milano Professional as a Marketing Assistant, supporting the Marketing Manager in executing national marketing strategy and brand initiatives across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience across product launches, events, digital marketing, content creation, and brand campaigns within one of the world's leading professional haircare companies.
Key responsibilities
Report to and support the Marketing Manager in the execution of national marketing strategy and brand initiatives across multiple channels
Assist in the planning and execution in all areas of recent product launches, trade shows and events
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep marketing operations running smoothly
Assist with customer service duties when required
Manage regular reporting tasks, ensuring timely and accurate data
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
Coordinate and deliver multiple time-sensitive marketing projects
Support digital projects including content creation, social media, CRM, EDMs and online advertising
Develop and coordinate marketing content and collateral that enhances brand presence
About you
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar support role, or a recent marketing graduate who has successfully completed an internship
Enthusiastic and approachable communicator with excellent presentation abilities and a confident, outgoing nature
High attention to detail
Well organised multitasker with a business mindset
Solid understanding of core marketing principles and genuine interest in working within a collaborative office environment
Social media savvy with a knack for digital tools and content creation
Proficient in using Microsoft Office incuding excel & Powerpoint, and ideally familiar with tools such Adobe, Canva, Google, social media platforms and email marketing software
Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
