About the Role As a
Factory Worker , you'll be part of a busy production team helping prepare and package quality poultry products for distribution. Your duties may include:
Packing whole chickens and portioned poultry products
Safely handling poultry products
Working in a temperature-controlled, chilled environment
Cleaning and sanitising production areas
Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
No live bird handling is required.

To be successful, you will need to:
Be available to work Monday to Friday
Be physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
Be comfortable working in a cold workplace
Be flexible with shift times when required
Be reliable, punctual, and committed to your work
Work well as part of a team
Be able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
Pass a pre-employment functional assessment and drug & alcohol screening
Have reliable personal transport
Significant – Transport Reliable personal transport is essential.
The Mt Cotton site is
not accessible by public transport , so applicants must have their own reliable means of getting to and from work.
Applicants must have full working rights in Australia and be able to provide evidence of their work eligibility.
