Just Cuts is looking for an energetic and commercially minded Franchise Business Coach to work alongside our Franchise Partners, helping them build successful, profitable and sustainable businesses.

This is a role with plenty of variety and autonomy. You’ll spend time out in the network, working alongside Franchise Partners, understanding their businesses, identifying opportunities and helping turn plans into results.

You’ll become a trusted advisor – someone who can celebrate success, bring fresh ideas, challenge thinking when needed and help Franchise Partners stay focused on what will make the biggest difference to their business.

What you’ll do

- Coach Franchise Partners to improve sales, profitability and business performance
- Use KPIs and financials to identify opportunities and drive action
- Work with Franchisees on business planning, productivity, client growth and retention
- Help Franchise Partners implement marketing, retail and brand initiatives
- Support Franchisees to build capable, engaged and productive
- Visit salons regularly and help Franchise Partners deliver on their business plans
- Identify businesses requiring additional support and help develop practical improvement plans
- Support new Franchise Partners, salon openings and business transitions
- Drive engagement with Just Cuts training, campaigns and network initiatives
- Support consistent brand standards, compliance and customer experience across the network
- Be an important connection between our Franchise Partners and the Just Cuts Head Office.

What you’ll bring





We’re looking for someone who is commercial, confident and great with people.

You’ll be confident connecting with Franchise Partners, building rapport quickly and having meaningful conversations about their business. You’ll know when to listen, when to ask questions and when to challenge someone to think differently.

You’ll ideally have:

- Experience in franchising, multi-site operations, area management, business coaching or a similar role
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with KPIs, P&Ls; and business performance data
- Experience coaching business owners or leaders to achieve better results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The confidence to have constructive and sometimes difficult conversations
- Plenty of initiative, energy and drive, along with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Robust organisation and follow-through
- A current driver licence and flexibility to travel.
- Experience within franchising, retail, hair, beauty or a consumer brand would be highly regarded.
