Oz Best Dealz is a growing Australian eCommerce retailer specialising in 4x4 accessories, outdoor recreation and camping gear. We manage 2,000+ SKUs and dispatch orders Australia-wide from our Derrimut warehouse.

The Role:

n

A hands-on warehouse position with team-leader responsibilities layered on top. You'll spend most of your day on the floor working alongside a small team (currently 1–3 people), picking, packing, operating machinery and keeping the warehouse running. This is not a desk job.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Prepare, wrap, box and palletise products for dispatch
n
- Book freight, print shipping labels and manage daily dispatch
n
- Coordinate courier pickups and in-person customer collections
n
- Operate a forklift and scissor lift (up to 6m) safely
n
- Manage a container unloading team; check barcodes/quantities against manifests
n
- Lift and move stock (up to ~30kg) throughout the warehouse
n
- Coordinate the daily workload of 1–3 pick packers
n
- Perform stocktakes, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
n
- Manage stock locations, replenishment and warehouse layout
n
- Process returns and maintain accurate stock records
n




- Train and support team members; drive efficiency improvements
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Experience as a Senior Storeperson, Team Leader, or All-Rounder
n
- Strong hands-on picking and packing experience
n
- Forklift licence (LF) and scissor lift experience
n
- High Reach Forklift experience
n
- Experience receiving stock and unloading containers
n
- Solid understanding of inventory management and stock control
n
- Experience with stocktakes, cycle counts and freight dispatch
n
- Ability to lift up to ~30kg
n
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Basic Excel skills and experience with scanners/PDAs/WMS
n
- Comfortable working independently and leading a small team
n
- WMS/eCommerce experience (e.g. Maropost, EIZ) an advantage - not essential
n
