About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Perimeter Director.
This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, coordinating competing priorities and ensuring important meetings, reports, travel and business activities run smoothly. You will be trusted with confidential information and will need to demonstrate robust judgement, attention to detail and professionalism.
Location & Work Arrangement:
Based in Laverton North
The office will be relocating to Spotswood in 2027
Full time requirement to be on site
Your Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Perimeter Director and Senior Leadership Team
- Coordinate appointments, correspondence and communications with internal and external stakeholders
- Organise senior management meetings, prepare minutes and maintain action registers
- Compile monthly and board reports,
presentations and strategy documents
- Coordinate conferences, meetings and business presentations
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and related requirements
- Liaise professionally with client executives, travel providers and other external suppliers
- Assist with additional administrative and business priorities as directed by the Perimeter Director
What you will need:
- Advanced skills across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn specialist software
- Previous experience providing high-level administrative or executive support
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage changing priorities, fluctuating workloads and tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence communicating with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- A high level of confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
