Probe CX in Melbourne is seeking an experienced, empathetic Hardship Team Leader to manage a specialist hardship support team within our retail banking division in the Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coach agents to hit KPIs, escalate complex disputes, drive process improvements, and ensure strict regulatory compliance while delivering explicit stakeholder communications and regular performance reports.
