Senior Digital Marketing Manager

to join our Marketing Team. To give you insight into our journey: From garage startup to a team of 200+ Great Place to Work Certified (2025 & 2026) The Opportunity We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who enjoys being

strategic and hands-on.

You'll

lead our digital acquisition strategy

while remaining close to

campaign execution, optimisation, experimentation and commercial performance.

This role is ideal for someone who loves using data to solve problems, improve customer acquisition and drive measurable business growth. Your key priorities will include: Leading the digital marketing strategy

across paid media, SEO, website, content, email, social media and emerging digital channels. Managing and optimising

digital acquisition campaigns

across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest and other relevant platforms. Taking

ownership of large-scale paid media budgets,

continually improving lead quality, conversion performance and return on marketing investment. Remaining

hands-on

with campaign optimisation, testing, experimentation and platform management to maximise performance across all digital channels. Owning website and landing page performance , driving CRO, user experience improvements and acquisition funnel performance. Using data and analytics to identify opportunities,





measure results and make informed decisions that improve marketing effectiveness. Developing meaningful reporting, dashboards and attribution models that clearly

connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Partnering with internal teams and external agencies

across SEO, creative, CRM and media to

deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns. Working closely with Sales, Customer Experience and Leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates and overall customer acquisition. Staying across

digital marketing trends, emerging technologies and industry best practice,

bringing new ideas and opportunities to the business. Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders, translating digital performance data into explicit commercial actions. You'll thrive in this role if you: Love using data

to solve problems and improve performance. Enjoy

being hands-on in the platforms

- not just reviewing agency reports. Know how to scale paid media campaigns

while keeping a close eye on ROI. Naturally look for opportunities to

test, learn and optimise . Can confidently

explain digital performance data

in a way that makes sense to non-marketers. Build strong relationships and enjoy collaborating
